Kaicheng crushers are for post-consumer plastics, sprue, big volume wastes, PET bottles, PE jerry cans, and wastes from the blow injection process, for recycling, reprocessing and reuse.

Main Frame made by high strenth cast iron to form a rigid construction, enables for 24 hours trouble-free continuous operation. The special design of crushing knifes granulates plastics scrap into 6 - 8 mm solids, to provide easy and clean mixing with virgin materials for recycling.

Standardized parts design and fabrication ensures high quality and easy mantainence and simple after service.

Optional Water Cooling Jacket is availabe to fit with model KC-420B (15 HP) and above, to ensure reliable 24 hours a day continuous operation.

Specifications

Wear-resistant Knifes	Knifes made by alloy steel for high temperature mold, heat treated and hardened, and precision ground. One extra set of spare rotating and fixed knifes supplied as standard for all models.
Easy access	Infeed Hopper can open easily to clean crushing area.
Safety Device	Machine will stop automatically when the Infeed Hopper opened for cleaning.
Automatic overload control	Control panel furnished with automatic thermal switch which stops motor when overload.
Low Noisy	Rotor and flywheel are statically and dynamically balanced to reduce vibation.
