Main Frame welded by high strength thick mild steel plates to form a rigid construction, enables for 24 hours trouble-free continuous operation. The special design of crushing knives granulates plastic scrap into 6 - 8 mm solids, to provide easy and clean mixing with virgin materials for recycling. Standardized parts design and fabrication ensure high quality and easy maintenance and simple after service.

Water Cooling Jacket furnished with all models to ensure reliable 24 hours a day continuous operation.

The recycled raw material can be used to make new plastic items. Plastic is the only material capable of being reprocessed into new items that are of the same quality as the original.

Specifications

Wear-resistant Knives	Knives made by alloy steel for tool and for high temperature mold, heat treated and hardened, and precision ground. One extra set of spare rotating and fixed knifes supplied as standard for all models.
Easy access	Infeed Hopper can be allocated in two or four directions, is easily opened to clean crushing area.
