Inline Scrap Crushers are robust and compact, designed for 24 hours trouble-free consistent operation. The standard design of crushing knives granulates plastic scrap into 6 - 8 mm solids at the site, provides easy and clean mixing with virgin materials for recycling.

The recycled raw material can be used to make new plastic items. Plastic is the only material capable of being reprocessed into new items that are of the same quality as the original.

Specifications

Wear-resistant Knifes	Knifes made by alloy steel for tool and for high temperature mold, heat treated and hardened, and precision ground. Knifes with double sides cutting edge furnished with model KC-160B and KC-250B. One extra set of spare rotating and fixed knifes supplied as standard for all models.
Easy access	Infeed Hopper can be allocated in two or four directions, is easily opened to clean crushing area.
Safety Device	Machine will stop automatically when the Infeed Hopper opened for cleaning.
Automatic overload control	Control panel furnished with automatic thermal switch which stops motor when overload.
Low Noisy	Rotor and flywheel are statically and dynamically balanced to reduce vibation.
