Be sure to inform the following information while a claim for replacement of damaged parts:
- The model of the machine;
- The name or part of the damaged parts, if unknown, please explain the problem you experience.
the Procedure
- At first, we send you the replacement to you by courier, an email or fax notification with RAN (Return Authorization Number) will also be informed;
- Please replace the damaged parts immediately;
- Please send back the damaged parts by courier, write down the RAN (Return Authorization Number) in the pack, within 14 days of receipt of the replacement to nearest Distributor or Kaicheng at the following address:
